Let me tell you a story about how I knew he was the one. By nature, I'm a VERY anxious person. Truthfully, it doesn't take a lot to send me into a state of panic. And that brings me to my boyfriend - by nature, he's a high-energy person. That means both positive energy and negative. Welp, through it all we've not only been able to balance each other out but also be each other's peace when the other is going through an intense situation or state.
